These terms cover your use of Overhead (the "app"), published by Xubisoft ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Overhead is a personal tool for keeping track of recurring charges you tell it about — subscriptions, domains, servers, and similar costs. It is a tracking and reminder tool, not a financial, banking, or subscription-management service, and it has no connection to your bank, card issuer, or the App Store's subscription system.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Overhead on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user agreement.
Everything in Overhead is data you enter yourself — prices, dates, and cycles you type in, or that get read from a screenshot you choose. We don't verify any of it against your actual bank, card, or provider. You're responsible for checking that the information you enter (and what the app shows you as a result) is accurate. Overhead is a reminder and organizing tool, not a substitute for checking your actual statements.
Overhead lets you track subscriptions to services made by other companies (for example, streaming, cloud, or AI services), and may show their names or logos to help you identify them. This doesn't imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those companies. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Overhead is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any reminder, lookup, or calculation it produces will be accurate or delivered on time — notifications, for instance, are scheduled through the operating system and subject to its own timing and delivery behavior, outside of our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xubisoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including a missed reminder, an inaccurate calculation, or a subscription charge you did not cancel in time. Your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
You may stop using Overhead at any time by deleting the app. We may update or discontinue features of the app at any time.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.
